David writes, "this is a brand new Atlas Copco Roc D9 drill that we lost to the bottom of a Parry Sound quarry in June.$565,000. insured value, gone in a matter of seconds. Nobody hurt...the operator jumped free when the winch system failed, but THIS, is why we sell insurance."

Scott writes, "Here is a picture from an accident involving a truck that was absolutely wiped out after another truck lost a load of logs while passing on a logging road. As you can see all that is left of the truck is the axles as well as the trailer. You don’t want to know the rest of the details but suffice is to say that the driver didn’t make it."

Sally writes, "July 2, 2008, our Johnston Meier Okanagan Falls office became an unexpected drive through location.
A vehicle came through the vacant shop next door to us and right through our wall. Thankfully nobody was sitting at the desk beside the wall."
